In Lecce you can find a decidedly unusual restaurant, which in a few years has become one of the most observed and desidered destination for a foodie public that crosses the national borders: it is the Bros’. Its chef and owner Floriano Pellegrino has been nominated as one of the most promising europeans under 30 by Forbescome magazine.

Floriano works everyday with the ingredients of this land alongside a young brigade and his partner, the pastry chef Isabella Potì, also cited by Forbes in the “Under 30” chart to keep an eye on in 2017.
